The EU Cyber Direct – EU Cyber Diplomacy Initiative is pleased to announce the launch of the EU:CD Fellowship 2026, the third edition of this flagship programme. Building on the success of the 2023 and 2024 cohorts, the fellowship will once again bring together a global group of civil society and governmental representatives to exchange perspectives, develop ideas, and engage with the EU cyber diplomacy ecosystem.
The 2025/2026 edition places particular emphasis on region-to-region cooperation in cyber diplomacy, encouraging contributions that connect national perspectives to inter-regional and cross-regional policy processes. By combining online engagement with a dedicated in-person component, this non-residential programme provides the 2026 cohort with a structured space to exchange knowledge expertise, regional perspectives, to deepen policy reflection and contribute to EU:CD’s wider activities.
We warmly congratulate the fellows of the 2026 EU:CD Fellowship edition: Emmanuella Darkwah, Faiz Naeem, Juan Carlos Montoya, Julien Sylvestre-Fleury, Luanda Domi, Mariam Salukvadze, Nnenna Ifeanyi-Ajufo, Olesya Danylchenko, Rachida Mamede, and Sara Fratti.
We look forward to working with the cohort and to featuring their work throughout the fellowship period.
