Juan Carlos Montoya serves as the Ambassador for Digital Policy of Honduras, leading the country’s national and multilateral digital-policy agenda. With more than 15 years of experience in digital transformation and technology policy, he has worked across governments, academia, multilateral organizations, and Fortune 100 technology companies such as Amazon. He holds executive education credentials in Digital Transformation from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Master’s in Foreign Affairs from American University.
