Olesya Danylchenko is a cybersecurity and cyber diplomacy expert with 25 years of experience in financial sector security, cyber resilience, and international cooperation. She currently leads the Tallinn Mechanism Project Office at Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation, coordinating donor-driven cyber resilience initiatives and public–private partnerships.
