On October 10th the EU Cyber Direct project partner SNV invited experts from partner countries (Brazil, India, United States, Japan, South Korea) and beyond to talk about what cyber resilience means, concrete actions to achieve it, and the appropriate stakeholders to promote it worldwide.
With participants representing diverse country profiles and myriad disciplinary backgrounds, the discussion covered topics such as optimizing risk assessment and management for critical infrastructures, better communication flows between stakeholders, and more.
The first workshop on this topic under the EU Cyber Direct project kicked off the cyber resilience initiative. The results show key areas for future engagement and will frame the next three years of EU cyber diplomacy and dialogue regarding resilience in cyber space.
