Nils Berglund works for the EU Institute for Security Studies, where he supports research and programming on capacity building and cyber diplomacy engagement through the EU Cyber Direct Project, while also serving as managing editor of the Directions Blog. He was previously a research fellow at Research ICT Africa, and holds an MSc from the London School of Economics & Political Science.
