Camino Kavanagh is Visiting Senior Fellow at the Department of War Studies, King’s College London and a Non-resident Scholar at the Carnegie Endowment of International Peace. She served as consultant to the 2019-2021 UN OEWG and GGE and to the 2016-2017 GGE. Her research focuses on digital technologies, conflict and international security. She also consults regularly with international organisations and national governments.
