PL 215/2015 Bill

This bill aimes to amend the Penal Code to increase the penalty for crimes against honour (slander, libel and defamation) practiced in social networks and oblige internet companies to storing user information and provide it to law enforcement without a court order. It has also been dubbed “the spy bill”.
