Deconstructing Cyber Security in Brazil: Threats and Responses

This paper analyses the cyber developments in Brazil and reflects on the approach that has been taken so far. In doing so it makes the argument that Brazil has developed an imbalanced approach to cyber-security as a whole, with a focus on military soluitions rather than law enforcement.
