OEWG 2021 Report

The substantive report is the product of the first iteration of the Open-Ended Working Group, originally launched by UNGA Resolution 73/27. It touches upon existing and potential threats; rules, norms, and principles of responsible state behaviour; international law; confidence-building measures; capacity-building measures; and regular institutional dialogue.
