UNGGE 2015 Report

The report (subsequently adopted by UNGA Resolution A/70/237) addresses the following issues: (1) existing and emerging threats; (2) norms, rules, and principles for the responsible behaviour of states; (3) confidence-building measures (CBMs); (4) international cooperation and capacity-building; (5) the applicability of international law, and (6) recommendations for future work.
