The EU Cyber Direct supports the evidence-based development of the EU’s cyber diplomacy by providing research and analysis in the form of publications and targeted events on four main themes: conflict prevention and advancing responsible behaviour in cyberspace, cyber resilience and critical infrastructure protection, cybercrime and criminal justice, and new and emerging technologies with a potential disruptive effect. The project also aims to strengthen the EU’s understanding of cyber diplomacy globally, in particular through the Atlas of Cyber Diplomacy.
