François Delerue, team leader on International Law and project expert for EU Cyber Direct, participated in the Annual Conference of the French Association for War and Strategic Studies (AEGES – Association pour les Études sur la Guerre et la Stratégie) on 2 December 2021.
This year, the conference was organized at Grenoble Alpes University (Grenoble, France) under the theme ‘Innovation(s): War and Peace’.
François Delerue delivered a presentation on cyber defence entitled ‘La cyberdéfense: une innovation échappant au droit international?’ during a panel dedicated to the challenges raised by cyberspace and digitalisation in international security. This panel was chaired by Delphine Deschaux-Dutard (CESICE, Université Grenoble Alpes) and had two other speakers: Aude Géry (GEODE - Paris 8) and Theodoros Karathanasis (CESICE, Université Grenoble Alpes).
