François Delerue, team leader on international law and project expert for EU Cyber Direct, attended the 2022 Year Ahead Conference organised by Carleton University (Ottawa, Canada) on 3 December 2021.
He participated remotely in a panel discussion on ‘Legal Authorities in the Grey Zone’ together with Leah West (Carleton University), Eliza Watt (researcher on cyber law and human rights), and Asaf Lubin (Indiana University Maurer School of Law).
