This lecture, entitled ‘International cyber law: does it exist and do we need it?’, was delivered at the inaugural meeting of the European Cyber Diplomacy Dialogue on 28 January by Professor Martti Koskenniemi, Professor of International Law and Director of the Erik Castrén Institute, University of Helsinki.

The inaugural meeting of the European Cyber Diplomacy Dialogue (ECDD) was organised by the EU Cyber Direct Project and the European University Institute School of Transnational Governance, and took place on 28-29 January in Florence, Italy.
