Peter Mmbando is the Founder and Executive Director of the
non-governmental organisation Digital Agenda for Tanzania Initiative (DA4TI).
He advocates for internet governance, digital rights and digital inclusion
policies. He is also a trainer, linguist and researcher who contributes to
policy development in multi-stakeholder processes.
