Pedro is an Argentine-Spanish digital
communication specialist, currently researching digital diplomacy in the EU.
He holds a Master's degree in international relations and migration from the
University of Cadiz, Spain, and an honours degree in public and international relations from Universidad CAECE, Argentina.
