Mr Tkachenko is an experienced cybersecurity professional current working as a lnternational Relations Expert at the Cybersecurity and Information security Department of the National Cybersecurity coordination center of the National security and defense council of Ukraine. He possesses extensive experience in representing Ukraine in global cyber-related organizations and fostering alliances to enhance national cybersecurity.
