Ngumnesah Ndefru is a Diplomat and Foreign Affairs Officer
at the Ministry of External Relations of Cameroon. She has been dealing with
disarmament issues with a particular focus on cyberspace governance. She is a
fellow of the first cohort of UN Women in Cyber and has attended the Open-Ended
Working Group and Ad-Hoc Committee on Cybercrime since 2020. Ngumnesah also
works as a consultant for WILPF-Cameroon and as a strategic advisor for the
Cyber Diplomat-LLC.
