Monica
Kaminska
is Professor of
Competition Law at the Tilburg University and research fellow at the Center for
Regulation in Europe. He has held positions at the London School of Economics
and the European University Institute. He has 30 years of experience in
researching and teaching law. He is the co-author of one of the leading books
on European Law (European Union Law: Text and Materials (5th ed 2023) with
Damian Chalmers, Gareth Davies, and Veerle Heyvaert) and a joint editor of one
of the principal journals in the field: the Common Market Law Review.
