Moliehi Makumane is a research consultant in cyber diplomacy and international security. Previously, she worked at South Africa's Department of International Relations and Cooperation where she was senior advisor in the UN Group of Governmental Experts (GGE) and where she led the international cybersecurity file as negotiator in the Open-ended Working Group on security of and in the use of information and communications technologies.
