Margarita
Robles-Carrillo is Full
Professor of Public International Law and European Union Law at the University
of Granada (Spain). She is member of the Network Engineering & Security
Group (NESG). Ph.D. in Law, she has a Master's Degree in International and
European Legal Studies from the European University Institute of Florence. M. Robles-Carrillo has been member of the
Independent Expert Group of the 2019 National Cybersecurity Strategy of Spain
and member of the Cybersecurity Laboratory for the Parliaments of the Americas
of the Organization of American States. She is also member of the Advanced
Cybersecurity Research Laboratory of the University of Granada and coordinator
of the Master in Cybersecurity in this University. Research activity focuses on
cyberspace cybersecurity and ICT law, governance and digital models at the
international level and in the European Union.
