Giovanna Adinolfi

Author

Giovanna Adinolfi is Full Professor of International Law at the University of Milan. Her research interests include international economic law, international trade law, law of international responsibility, cybersecurity, immunity of states and international organisations, and international disaster law. She is author of three monographs, co-editor of four volumes (one published by Springer) and author of articles and chapters in international volumes. She is a member of the Editorial Board of Questions of International Law – QIL (online) and of the Yearbook of International Disaster Law (Brill). In 2018–2019 she was consultant for the World Trade Organization on the research project ‘Trade and Natural Disasters’. She is member of the Committee of the International Law Association on Sustainable Development and the Green Economy in International Trade Law. In 2022 she was appointed to the position of arbitrator and trade and sustainable development expert for bilateral disputes under the EU preferential trade agreements.
