Fee-Marie von der Brelie is Project Officer for Cyber Diplomacy and International Partnerships at the EUISS, specialising in international cyber diplomacy, multilateral governance, and EU cyber and digital policy. She has led initiatives such as the Advancing the UN Cyber Programme of Action and contributed to flagship projects including EU Cyber Direct, promoting global cyber resilience through capacity-building, strategic communication, and impactful policy outputs. She holds two Master’s degrees from Leiden University — an MSc in Crisis and Security Management and an MA in International Relations — and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies from Maastricht University.
