Edgar is a technology journalist from Georgia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in international relations from the Free University of Tbilisi. He is an alumnus of the Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSI) for Student Leaders program hosted by Bard College. He also successfully graduated from SI Summer Academy for Young Professionals, Linkoping University. Edgar is fluent in Armenian, Georgian, English, Chinese and Russian. His interests are social sciences of the Internet, AI and ethics, cyber security, and computational social sciences.
