Beryl Payet is the Director for Policy Strategy and Research with the Department of Information Communications Technology (Government of Seychelles). She holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Business Management. Miss Payet is involved in the formulation, implementation, monitoring and review of national policies, strategies and legislations related to ICT.
