Barrie Sander is Assistant Professor of International Justice at Leiden University—Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs. His research and teaching focuses on the fields of international criminal law, international human rights law, and the intersection between digital technology and international law. He is the author of Doing Justice to History: Confronting the Past in International Criminal Courts (OUP, 2020) and recipient of the ICLQ Young Scholar Prize for his 2018 International & Comparative Law Quarterly article ‘History on Trial: Historical Narrative Pluralism Within and Beyond International Criminal Courts’.
