Barbara is an international
cybersecurity specialist. Currently, she works as Cyber Risk Manager in Italy,
supporting governments in improving their cybersecurity capacity. She worked on
several cyber projects and studies in the Global South, particularly in Latin
America and the Caribbean, for international organizations such as the OAS,
IDB, and UNIDIR. She is also a cybersecurity policy lecturer in different
educational institutions. She earned her Master of Public Administration from
Cornell University.
