Report assessing the consistency of the approaches in the identification of operators of essential services

Under the NIS Directive operators of essential services (OES) will have to take appropriate measures and notify national authorities in the case of any serious cyber incidents. The repoprt assesses the consistency of the approach taken by member states in identifying the operators of essential services. The purpose of the report is to ensure that operators of essential services can demonstrate a particularly high level of resilience against cyber incidents.
