EU-China: A strategic outlook

The European Commission and the High Representative review European Union-China relations and the related opportunities and challenges. Commission and HR/VP aim to refine the EU’s approach to China to be more realistic, assertive and multi-faceted. The document outlines three general objectives that the EU will pursue and invites the European Council to endorse 10 concrete actions.
