Council Conclusions on Internet Governance

The 2014 Council Conclusions on internet governance encouraged Member States and the EU to promote technological, policy and regulatory capacity building related to the Internet through the support of development cooperation programmes, exchange of best practices and the promotion of a multi-stakeholder process and the importance of ICTs for the Sustainable Development Goals.
