Assessing Montenegro’s digital maturity

This note describes how the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is supporting Montenegro’s digital transformation. The study and its findings served as a basis for the new national strategy and action plan for the country's digital transformation, which will further guide policy-making in this area.
