2020 Solarium Commission Report

The Solarium Commission is a bicameral and bipartisan commission that was established by the 2019 Defense Authorization Act. Charged with developing a comprehensive and strategic approach to defending the United States in cyberspace, the Commission issued its final report in 2020 after nearly a year of work. The 75 action-oriented Recommendations cover a wide range of issues from data security to mitigation, response, and recovery efforts.
